What comes after the application phase?

After applications are submitted, the LA Program staff reviews all materials. Applicants who move forward will be invited to an in-person group interview. Applicants who are not invited to interview will still be notified of their application decision.

For the Fall 2025 hiring cycle, interviews will take place at the following times and location:

Location: 1150 AB (College Ave Learning Center)

  • Friday, October 31st

    • 10:20am – 11:40am

    • 12:10pm – 1:30pm

  • Saturday, November 1st

    • 9:00am – 10:20am

    • 10:40am – 12:00pm

    • 1:00pm – 2:20pm

    • 2:40pm – 4:00pm

About a week before the first interview date, you’ll be invited to a Canvas course with a short information module about the LA Program and the role. Completing this module is required in order to access the Penji sign-up system for selecting an interview slot.

Please note: These are the only interview times available for Fall 2025. We recommend keeping these dates and times free in case you are invited to interview.
