What is the interview like?

Interviews take place in a group setting. Candidates work together on a series of tasks while staff observe their interactions. This helps us understand how candidates communicate, collaborate, and navigate the responsibilities of a peer leader.

A candidate’s performance during the interview is just one part of the overall application. When making final hiring decisions, staff also consider application scores and faculty input on preferred candidates—a process known as faculty review.
